The CRRA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is being held virtually on Thursday, February 17th, 2022, between the February Virtual Event’s two Webinars. The AGM will begin promptly at 11:30 am via MS Teams.

RSVP in your Membership Portal – it’s free for CRRA Members to attend! The link to join in will be sent out to those who have RSVP’d on Wednesday, February 16th.

One person per Membership (individual or company) may vote during the meeting. Members registered for either Webinar will be automatically registered for the AGM.

As property tax bills hit mailboxes across Calgary last week, homeowners and landlords got an unpleasant surprise. In what the City calls a “tax shift”, residential properties saw a spike in their property tax bills as the City rebalances the business and residential share of the burden.

Close to a thousand properties housing tens of thousands of Calgarians are being walloped by double digit tax increases.
